Our delivery commitments are a top priority here at Streamline. We
realize the cornerstone of any good electronics distributor should
be its reliability rate. We know and respect the entire scope of
the industry as it pertains to production clause contracts and
line down
situations. We take our delivery promises very serious here at Streamline.
We appreciate each and every customer that has made the choice to
work with Streamline Solutions and protect all allocated or scheduled
parts
regardless of how big or small the customer. We think of our customer
as our partners and we protect that relationship with
all we have.
- Please contact your sales representative to obtain an RMA
number prior to returning your product
- All claims must be made in writing within fifteen (15) days of
receiving the goods. Streamline will fax you an RMA form with a
RMA number on it.
- The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
- Product must be in the same condition as when received by "YOUR" company.
- RMA will be void if the product is not received by Streamline
within 15 days of the RMA date
- Return freight charges must be prepaid.
- C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted.
- A credit will be issued within 15 days after receipt of the
product
- Any packages shipped to Streamline before all of these steps
have been completed will be rejected.
- All RMA's are at the sole discretion of Streamline Solutions
International, LLC.
